Surrealist automatism, is spontanious, automatic writing and automatic drawing, practiced without conscious aesthetic or moral self-censorship. This exceptional volume brings together the most comprehensive selection of poems by Breton available in the En Retrouvez les œuvres d’art en vente et toutes les informations sur André Breton (français, 1896-1966).

In Breton's early development of theories about automatism, he and his colleagues made many of these collages. They also emphasize the act of collaboration, which was a fundamental ideal to both Dada and Surrealism.
